At PawPrime, we want every pet and owner to have the best possible experience with our monthly boxes.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded before they are delivered.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it can no longer be canceled.

  1. Delivered Orders

Due to the nature of our monthly subscription boxes and pet products, refunds are only available if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, chewed, damaged after delivery, or for personal preference.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your request, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Unboxing videos are highly recommended and may help speed up the verification process.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Subscription Policy

Subscription renewals are charged automatically based on your selected billing cycle.

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
